No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to resolve roadside issues efficiently, we do not guarantee that all vehicle problems can be fixed roadside. Some situations may require towing or additional services.

User Responsibilities

By requesting service, you agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to service
• Follow technician instructions during service

Alpha Roadside Services and Battery is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

Pricing and Payment
