At Alpha Roadside Services, we are committed to delivering reliable battery solutions and exceptional roadside support. This policy outlines the terms of battery sales, service, and warranty considerations.
1. Battery Service Support (30-Day Installation Guarantee)
- All batteries installed by Alpha Roadside Services include a 30-day service support period from the date of installation.
- During this period, if you experience a battery-related concern, our team will return and assess the issue at no additional service charge.
- This service includes inspection and verification of battery performance but does not include repairs to other vehicle systems.
2. Service Fees After 30 Days
- After the initial 30-day period, any service request related to the battery or vehicle starting system will be subject to a service fee starting at $100, depending on location, time, and scope of work.
3. Manufacturer Warranty
- All batteries sold by Alpha Roadside Services include a manufacturer-backed warranty, which may vary by brand and product.
- Alpha Roadside Services will assist customers with warranty-related questions; however, all warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and approval process.
- Warranty coverage typically applies to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by external factors.
4. Vehicle Condition & External Factors
Battery performance can be affected by underlying vehicle conditions, including but not limited to:
- Faulty alternator or charging system
- Electrical drains (parasitic draw)
- Damaged wiring or poor connections
- Aftermarket electronics or devices left powered on
If a battery failure is determined to be caused by external mechanical or electrical issues, such conditions are not covered under battery warranty or service support.
In such cases, customers may need to repair the underlying issue before a replacement battery can perform properly.
5. Diagnostic Limitations
- At the time of service, our technicians perform a basic battery and charging system check.
- Due to the nature of roadside service, advanced diagnostics may not be possible, and certain issues may not be immediately detectable.
- Alpha Roadside Services is not responsible for undiagnosed underlying vehicle problems that may affect battery performance after installation.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining their vehicle in proper working condition, including addressing any electrical or mechanical issues that may impact battery life.
Alpha Roadside Services is not liable for:
- Vehicle repairs beyond battery service
- Towing, shop repairs, or mechanical diagnostics
- Repeat battery issues caused by unresolved vehicle conditions
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing and installing a battery through Alpha Roadside Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Battery performance depends on the overall condition of the vehicle
- External mechanical or electrical issues may impact battery life and are not covered
- Roadside diagnostics are limited in scope
